We’re working hard to get your order to you. Due to the current high demand and global status, some shipments may be delayed.

Steps have been made to ensure we keep things running normally. Due to our current high demand, and shipping issues affecting our third-party couriers, orders will be shipped but will not show an update until 2-4 working days. Tracking numbers will be available as soon as it’s shipped, just the statuses that will take longer than what we aim for.

We sincerely understand how frustrating this is, and we’re sorry you may not receive your package as fast as our usual time frame. This might be different from the customer experience we have promised, but please know we're doing everything we can to get your order(s) to you as soon as possible.
