Return Portal Error – Manual Assistance Required for Eligible Returns

We’re pleased to confirm that the recent technical issue affecting our returns portal has now been resolved.

Previously, some eligible items were incorrectly appearing as ineligible for return. Our development team has implemented a fix, and the portal is now functioning as expected.

If you continue to encounter an error when trying to return an item that is not listed as clearance and is within our 60-day return window, please contact our customer service team at support@conturve.com.
We’ll be happy to manually assist with your return or exchange.
