Where is my order number?

Order numbers can be found when you place your order successfully. You will receive a unique series of numbers only that are at least 5 digits long.

Here is how to find it:

1. Check your email's inbox or spam for the order confirmation.
2. Create an account using the email address you provided at purchase.

Find your order number under your Order History. If you still haven't found it, it could be because the email was inputted incorrectly during checkout. Therefore, if you suspect this, please contact our Customer Services team for amendments and further information on your order.
